This private, hands-on class is designed for those who have a passion for cake decorating.

Everything’s included: the ready made cakes, icing, tools and theme to make it as stress-free as possible for you!

1-on-1 classes are held in my private cake studio in Armdale,Halifax (off the rotary). Address will be provide upon receipt of full payment.

You will create a beautiful buttercream-piped cake using a wide variety of piping techniques, all in just 3 hours! Wow!

In this class, you will learn:

• How to layer your cake

• How to prepare your cakes for decorating with a crumb coat

• How to fill and use a piping bag and learn how to pipe a range of different styles

• How to use essential cake decorating equipment to achieve smooth straight sides on your cake

Wanna host a private group class?

Everything’s included: the ready made baked goods (6 cupcakes or 1 layer of a cake) , icing, tools and theme to make it as stress-free as possible for you! All we need is an office space or any other public venue (no home visits)

Price is $90 per person and a travel fee of $35 within the Peninsula (varies for outside the Peninsula).  

• Cake decorating classes are a minimum of 6 guests and a maximum of 50 guests.

• Cupcake decorating classes are a minimum of 6 guests and can accommodate 100 or more guests.
